Rambo III Raises The Action And Violence

Rambo III is the third film of the Rambo movie franchise. In it,John Rambo being sent to Afghanistan to help them in their resistance against the Soviet Union. It stars Sylvester Stallone and Richard Crenna.

The third entry in the ultra-macho Rambo action movie series finds muscle-bound warrior John Rambo, portrayed by co-writer and director Sylvester Stallone, refusing a request from his former Vietnam superior, Green Beret Colonel Trautman, played by Richard Crenna.

Trautman is to lead a mission to aid the mujahedeen rebels fighting the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan, but the Buddhist Rambo turns his friend down. When the mission goes awry and Trautman is subsequently captured and tortured within a prison fortress, Rambo launches a rescue effort of his own, armed with his trademark bow and exploding arrows. Along the way, he allies himself with the freedom fighters and runs afoul of the villainous Russian commander Zaysen.

This film proved to be the most action packed and violent of the first series. It has an interesting plot involving the Cold War between the United States and Soviet Union. But overall, the third installment raised the standard of murder, brutality, goriness and violence compared to the first two films,First Blood and Rambo II offered.

The third Rambo film is an underrated kick-ass bad-ass action film my fourth personal favorite

Rambo III the third sequel it is my fourth personal favorite action film of the 80's in the series of the three. I love this film to death, It is an bad-ass kick-ass action film. It is my second favorite action film in the "Rambo" series. I grew up with this movie. I love all Rambo movies to death there is no bad Rambo movie in my opinion. I love Sylvester Stallone's returning as the legendary John J. Rambo. The first hour has more character development but the second hour has a bad-ass action. It has a fast pacing and goes fast around. Rambo with his Hoyt Archery bow and C4 tip arrows are memorable for me. Rambo fires his explosive C4 tip arrow at the helicopter gunship and destroys the Russian helicopter that is my favorite scene in the film. I think it is the most judged and underrated action movie of the 80's bad-ass kick-ass action film.

Rambo mounts a one-man mission to rescue his friend Colonel Trautman from the clutches of the formidable invading Soviet forces in Afghanistan.

Rambo hunts Specnaz commandos in the cave with bow and arrow blue cyalume light. Fires with his bow an arrow an attached blue cyalume light at the Soviets commando in the cave. He hunts Specnaz commandos with C4 tip arrows. Rambo uses M203 grenade launcher with AKM destroying an army truck. Rambo destroys the chopper with soviet heavy machine. This is my childhood movie the movie I grew up with it. Rambo is my favorite comic book hero. It was my first film I saw in the Rambo trilogy. As an action film I love it and I am going to judge as an action movie.

They don't make movies like this in the movies anymore. Sylvester Stallone is in his best shave of his life, he goes under tanks and drag him self that was really difficult but Stallone was muscle so he made it. Rambo has a new survival knife a modified bowie designed and I love how he uses to cut barbed wire on the base perimeter. I love the fight between Rambo and Kourov (Randy Raney) and which Rambo uses a fly kick I love that in the film. Rambo climbs the wall without climbing equipment that is memorable and favorite scene of mine.

The film was directed by Peter MacDonald and written was by Sylvester Stallone and Sheldon Lettich who made 4 movies with Jean-Claude Van Damme. Jerry Goldsmith return for the music score the last time for the film, it was good but I have enjoy in the second film more. Rambo III is a fun action sequel, the Deseret scenes in the film were cool. I love that Sylvester Stallone reunited with Richard Crenna who did an excellent performance and Jerry Goldsmith who returned for making a score for this film. Peter MacDonald directed well not bad at all and I love his direction.

Rambo III is the most underrated kick-ass action film I love it. I love Rambo: First Blood Part II to death, I love, love First Blood to death and so damn much ever, I love Cobra so much because it was directed by George P. Cosmatos I also love Rambo (2008) to death which is my third favorite film in the series. I enjoy the film it is in my fourth rank in the Rambo series but doesn't make this movie a bad one it makes it really good I love Rambo 3 to death.
